Job Summary As a Technology Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating technologies from Research and Development activities into flight programs. Liaison between Millennium, its parent company, and customers to facilitate technology transition between all parties. Create, maintain, and update technology roadmaps to support customer mission needs and company growth. Support technology development and risk reduction efforts as necessary
Job responsibilities include:
Develop & implement new technology & concept roadmaps
Facilitate technology transfer both ways between parent company and subsidiary
Facilitate technology & concept insertion & implementation with functional, program, and customer teams
Support corporate strategy development and implementation
Support corporate advanced concept and technology development activities
Support new business development and proposals
Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
Demonstrated success developing technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
10 years’ experience in one or more engineering disciplines, developing new technologies, and bringing those technologies to market
Experience with technology roadmapping, technology insertion, and risk reduction activities
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability and willingness to travel
