Job Summary
As a Contracts and Risk Management Administrator you will be supporting the execution of indirect and direct procurement activities within the Subcontracts dept. (and Contracts and Procurement Dept.’s as needed). Your role will include supporting contract negotiations, reviewing supplier comments to Millennium’s standard terms and conditions and managing Millennium’s general set of Terms and Conditions (TC-001s) and other template agreements, and special projects involving original agreement documentation as needed. In addition, you will develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners. This role supports internal customers by effectively managing risk through contract terms and conditions through collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, and developing conclusions and recommendations to support Millennium’s organizational objectives.
This position's internal job code is Contract Administration Spec. Our team is currently hiring for level 3.
Responsibilities
Supports indirect and direct supplier agreement execution and effectively manages risk through contract terms and condition
Engages in contract negotiation support
Understands key risk areas, trends, strategy and opportunities
Creates value by supporting the business unit, program and/or functions contracting strategies and risk management efforts
Provides contracting support for strategies, services and suppliers
Leads key initiatives related to contract terms and conditions
Responsible for updating and managing Millennium’s general set of Terms and Conditions (TC-001s) and other template agreements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Collects, organizes, synthesizes, and analyzes data; summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendations to support Millennium’s organizational objectives
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in functioning in a cross-functional environment
5+ years of experience in contracting (including drafting and negotiations)
5+ years experience working with commercial transactions, FAR/DFARS, and legal terms and conditions in contracts
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Detail-oriented
Able to handle multiple tasks while prioritizing them
Juris Doctor Degree (preferred

Summary Pay-Range
Level 3: $83,300-$122,500
