The Configuration Management Team is seeking an experienced Senior Configuration Change Analyst who is highly motivated, adaptable, reliable, effective, resilient and personable. In this role, the Senior Configuration Change Analyst primary responsibilities are to implement and facilitate Configuration Change tasks and processes throughout the Enterprise.
Work closely with engineering teams to support the development, analysis, verification and change control of product baselines.
Maintains configuration control log of all change control events and tasks (CRs, CO/CN’s, associated meetings minutes, etc.).
Actively track actions until all actions are resolved and closed out.
Facilitate Assessment, Review and Change Boards for all class of changes to ensure effected documents are updated, approved, packaged and audited appropriately prior to submittal for release.
Support Product Data Management (PDM), dataset libraries, software development, ERP implementation, applications and associated processes.
Assess, plan, implement and train stakeholders on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) programs / processes.
Work with engineers in planning for and implementing a transition from previous-generation PDM and CAD tools to newer, modern systems that provide additional capabilities.
Assist in the implementation of configuration/data management plans and in the delivery of program data to authorized users.
Able to work across multiple programs that are performing engineering design work throughout the product life cycle efficiently, effectively and within deadlines.
Assist in the development of processes used by design engineers to develop and maintain the product structure.
Define and manage change-controlled datasets (such as Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Change Documents (CDs), deviations, waivers and others).
Assist with Satellite delivery documentation, Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs) and Data Packages (CDP, EDP etc.).
Interface and coordinate with customers across all program organizations.
Collaborate and coordinate with Flight Software, Ground Operations and GNC to ensure appropriate application of these responsibilities within the software development sphere.
Engage in program planning activities.
Ensure changes are flowed to all affected parties.
Actively participate in continuous improvements projects with CM team members.
Audit areas as necessary.
Training of stakeholders and internal customers to relevant policies and procedures.
Point of Contact for all Configuration Management Responsibilities within Secure Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF).
Co-maintains and revises relevant procedures, process and work instructions with CM Team Members and facilities revisions with stakeholders and contributors.
Train stakeholders / internal customers on internal CM procedures and work instructions and distributing.
Ensure document libraries security in partnership with Information Technology, InfoSec and Facilities departments.
Review component EIDPs for accuracy, missing data, broken links, completed tests and securely store for incorporation into system level EIDPs.
Create SCIF Procedures / Work Instructions, mirror to non-classified where possible.
Assess, organize and store current SCIF released documents in a secure manner
Setup a retention schedule and mirror external schedule where possible

Active TS/SCI SSBI Clearance
Successfully completed CMPIC-CM Certification and or CM2 Professional Certification
At least 2 years’ experience in Configuration Management role for Aerospace / defense organizations in hardware and / or software configuration management
Strong SharePoint end-user skills in releasing, workflows, revisions, retention and control.
At least one year facilitating review boards
Personable individual with exceptional business judgement
CMPICM-CM Certification and or NDIA Configuration and Data Management Certification
5+ years’ experience in Configuration Management role for Aerospace/ defense organizations in both hardware and software configuration management
Solidworks PDM Administrator experience
Altium Vault Administrator experience
SharePoint Administrator experience
Strong experience in Requirements Management (RM)
Familiar with activity-based costing methodologies
Exceptional and adaptive process improvement skills
