Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality, and Safety Administrator to support in the development and implementation of internal processes that allows employees to work efficiently, effectively, and in a safe manner. The candidate will be responsible for supporting processes such as Calibration, Incoming Inspection, and Cleanroom Monitoring. 

The candidate will support the Quality and Safety Team and be the sole point of contact with maintaining and improving the integrity of Calibration, Incoming Inspection, Hazardous Waste Management and Cleanroom Monitoring processes. Candidate must be willing to learn new roles and responsibilities and work in a multi-discipline environment as an effective team member and adapt to a rapidly changing environment/tasking direction.


  • Calibration
    • Maintain and Improve Millennium’s Master Equipment List and provide Unique Identifiers to all equipment/tool for traceability
    • Schedule Calibration/ Perform In-house Calibrations/ Repair Tools/ Send tools for Repair
    • Organize and Retain documented information on the integrity of the equipment/tool for the life of the tool using SharePoint
  • Hazmat Removal
    • Collect, Retain, and Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all Hazardous Material entering Millennium on Atlassian Confluence
    • Identify, Package, and Label Hazardous Waste at Millennium Space System according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
    • Update Millennium’s Master Hazardous Waste Manifesto on Atlassian Confluence
  • Receiving Inspection Status Reports
    • Support Supply Chain with the development and implementation of Millennium Space System receiving inspection process
    • Identify risk and develop the success criteria for incoming inspection based on item

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Microsoft Excel
  • 2+ years experience in manufacturing-- preferably in electronics, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing
  • Familiarity with OSHA and ISO standards
  • Must possess excellent critical thinking, oral, written and communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with little oversight and meet commitments on time
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with creating Macros in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in a Quality Assurance role
