Job Summary
The Senior Subcontracts Administrator will be responsible for managing a number of small and medium size subcontracts. A successful candidate will need to have experience in subcontract management, procurement management and/or small business contract management. 

Responsibilities

  • Establishing subcontract efforts from beginning to end, including:
    • Onboarding and vetting of potential Suppliers
    • Issuance of RFP/Qs
    • Factfinding of contractor’s proposal, government requirements, and any alternatives
    • Issuing receipt of proposals
    • Coordination of reviews and RFP's
    • Internal assessments
    • Relevant actions involved in negotiations, modifications, and executions of subcontracts
  • Support the maintenance of the AVL/ASL (Approved Vendor/Supplier Lists)
  • Ensure Supplier compliance to company Program Terms and Conditions along with other trade compliance/legal requirements
  • Support the objectives of other teams such as: legal counsel, security, trade compliance, manufacturing, program office, engineering (REA's), program controls, supply chain, and quality assurance. 
  • Manage controlled documents and configuration management
  • Manage/Audit costs and payment of subcontracts
  • Schedule variances with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Reconcile vendor and subcontractor invoices with company cost tracking
  • Create graphs and charts for both internal and external use

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Subcontract Administration or related work experience
  • 4-year college degree, or equivalent, in a business-related field
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Moderate to advanced skills in other Microsoft Office services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to handle multiple tasks while prioritizing them
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
